The Pennsylvania Home Education Law (24 P.S. 13-1327.1) provides for a home education program designed to permit parents, guardians or legal custodians ("supervisors") to conduct home education programs for their children in lieu of a public or private/parochial school education.

Prior to the start of a home education program, the supervisor must submit a notarized affidavit in accordance with Section 1327.1 (b) (1).
