Stroudsburg Area School District nurses work to facilitate a coordinated school health program.

By providing leadership and support for a healthy school environment, nurses assess student health status, provide emergency care, ensure access to appropriate health care, and identify and manage barriers to student learning.

As a result, school health services promote optimal health to assist each student in attaining their maximal education experience.
